Pilates, built around low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements, is the ideal teammate for our physiotherapy treatments. And it’s the perfect exercise for anyone from teenagers to 80+.
Our Pilates classes focus on your strength and conditioning, whilst reducing your risk of injury. There are mat-based classes (stretching and working on your core) from beginners to advanced, as well as cardio sessions (getting up and moving a bit more) alongside our regular pre and post-natal sessions.
